GENERAL CLAN REGULATIONS

When joining the WP there are some basic conditions that need to be followed to help us maintain our competetive level. They are simply a way for us to give all the best expierience possible & they are as follows:

* Forum participation - This is a must so you and others are up to speed on Clan events, tactics & matches.

* Teamspeak Usage - You must use this regularly to be in matches so log on even if you are AFK in case we need to chat.

* Server Contributions - Although not compulsory is it too much to ask for a years fun ? It will also give you admin rights & the ability to use the server for yourself. So if you can give it all helps.

INGAME RULES OF CONDUCT

* Treat all others with respect as you would wish to be treated.

* No cheats of any kind are allowed within the WP, if you use a script or addon & arent sure ask one of the captains or the clan leader. If you are caught using Hacks or Cheats you will be dismissed from the Clan.

* If you believe you are being cheated against in a match do not flame, simply report it to the clan leaders & we will try to sort it. Remember its a game for fun not flaming.

* If you wear the tag in forums remember that whenever you post you are representing the clan. Do not act out of order on ours or any forum or chat room. You are the face of the WP so keep it pretty.

* Once in WP wear the tag with pride as you have earned it as for 15 years we have upheld its good reputation.

* While in WP you can not play for other clans in direct competition with us. If unsure ask.

If any of these rules are broken and reported they will be put to the council and Clan leader who will pass judgement on this and any fitting punishment on the guilty party. We arent a police state and wont act as such but at times action is required unfortunatley.

TEAMSPEAK PROTOCOLS

* When joining Teamspeak please do not shout, swear or act unruly. Remember its your friends & some of them may have speakers on and children about.

* When you join Teamspeak there is a public lobby to chat in, if you see people in a specific game room it may mean they are in a match and do not need disturbing. Simply go in & ask if they are, if so either stay quiet so they can concentrate or go back to the lobby for chat.

* Again keep off the talk key for swearing and shouting, it only spoils it for all. If you have nothing good to say then do us a favour dont say anything.

MIRC, MSM & ICQ PROTOCOLS

* Same sort of rules apply for this as in Teamspeak, have a laugh & enjoy it but dont spoil it for others.

CLAN COUNCIL DETAILS

The Clan Council has 4 members that are appointed to help in the day to day running of the Clan. They are there to help all the members in any way they can. If you have a question, problem or simply wanna make a suggestion just ask one of them. They also have the unfortunate task of acting as the judiciary group for any hard decisions that need making for things such as rule breaking.

They are structured in the following way.

1 x Clan Leader - Fenris

2 x Clan GameCaptains - Buddy, Bolly, Treets

This is also the rank structure for the clan. Although we do not have a strict rank structure running these members are simply there to help in organising our many exploits in online gaming. At the end of the day most things decided for the clan are decided by all the clan members, democratically.

CLAN RECRUITMENT DETAILS

What follows is your guide if you wish to become a prospective member with the WP in whatever form it takes. Please read this guide before aproaching us for trial membership.

HOW TO APPLY

The WP isnt a clan that plays one game it is a community of like minded people looking for good fun in games online or at LAN's.
We play a multitude of online games together for fun and play Call Of Duty & Counterstrike Source as serious clan games at the moment. We recruit differently to other clans in the sensethat we look for people to join our community first and team second. Skill in games is important yes, but we value friendship & commitment above all.
If you are applying to play for one of the specific match teams you will need to contact one of the following to begin with and let them know.

General Clan membership - Fenris, Buddy, Bolly & Treets.

Call Of Duty 4 - Fenris ( Clan Leader ).

Counterstrike Source - Bolly ( CSS Team Leader).

World of Warcraft - Buddy & Treets (WoW Guild Leaders).

There are a number of ways to contact these people one of the easiest and best is via a private message in this forum. You will then be directed to what you need to do next. Please be patient we are a busy clan and will get back to you as soon as possible. The other way to get in touch is on our teamspeak server, ask one of us for a chat and as soon as possible we will chat with you.

Primarily the squad leaders are the best to talk to about joining a specific team then Clan leader. The one thing to remember is that you arent just asking to join a game team but a community that entitles you to play in any game we do ( if you have the time lol ).

Upon being accepted as a prospective member the following protocols are your guide to final acceptance & they do make the difference in selection.

The first thing you need do is make sure you have read the guides & website so you know about us and know its right for you.

Then get on teamspeak and ask for your 2 weeks trial membership to start. This 2 weeks is designed for your benefit as much as ours. It gives you a chance to get to know us and for us to know you. Also we will begin putting you into training games and friendly matches as a team member to orientate you with our ways strange as they may be.

Your online gaming tag needs to be set as the following :
[P]Yourname

Then at the end of 2 weeks ( if you survive ) i will chat with you and see if you still want to join fully which will then lead to a decision for both of us and if you make it you will be put into your first official WP match in whatever game you wish to play in ( COD, CSS or both ). You better win it for us !! lol

TRIALEE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a prospective member there is a lot of trust & time placed in you. Trust in us showing you our tactics and ways of play. Time in us teaching you some of our play tactics and sharing our experience with you. Therefore as a trialee you will be required to put a fair amount of time into your two weeks trial period, this will enable us to get to know you and you to get to know us.

You will be asked to start a trail 2 weeks upon your acceptance which entitles you to access to most of our clan areas ( Teamspeak, Servers & limited forum access ). This does not mean you are in the WP yet but it is your final hurdle in showing us you have what it takes.

The key to being successfull in your application & trial is to befriend the Clan. We are first and foremost friends, secondly a great team in whatever game we play. You will be judged on your attitude respect to others & maturity before your gaming ability. So treat others as you wish to be treated including non WP clan espescially.

CLAN HISTORY & ORIGIN'S - 15 YEARS IN THE MAKING

We had already played games together starting in the days of Doom on makeshift connections and LAN's with many of the sound of Chainsaw deaths reverberating around us. QUAKE then arrived upon a desk stained with coffee cup rings and empty discarded snack packets. With it an idea formed in the minds of a few total game heads and so it began...... our online adventure.

Already the net had seen the likes of Fenris, Tanis, Darkmane & Chalnoth within the realms of Quake so now the time for the pack was here. Clan Wolfpack's name was taken from Fenris's names origin, for Fenris is the Norse Mythological Wolf that devours the cosmos at Ragnarok so that only he and his followers remain, Hence "Wolfpack".

After a happy and successful time in Quake 2 we looked for a new challenge and Tanis found it for us in the world of Tribes Renegades. And so began our rise within the European clans to where we stood as one of the premier clans in Europe. We now play multi games together and the clan has become what we all hoped. a place for all to belong and have some damn good fun together as good friends 4 life. Tribes sadly came to an end as a competetive Clan game. No new challenges and the influx of massive scripting spoilt what was one of the least cheat touched games out there. After a temporary time in Counterstrike we found our new domain in the Call of Duty franchise and have enjoyed great success in the Enemy Down leagues. We have also begun our climb in Counterstrike Source again in the enemy down league this along with World of Warcraft means a busy fun time for all. So for now its Call of Duty 4, Counterstrike Source and World of warcraft that fills our gaming time .

Now to the future and to all new challenges that may arise for us, stay with us its gonna be a rush........
